Booking Policy

RESERVATION

  • Please check the availabilty schedule prior to making a booking inquiry to ensure that the dates preferred are available.

  • Bookings are on a 'first-come, first-served' basis and are for a minimum of three (3) nights.

  • Upon confirming a booking, the management will email a reservation confirmation and request the deposit to be paid within 2 business days in order to secure the booking.

 

PAYMENTS

  • A non-refundable booking deposit of 30% (accepted through Pay Pall) is required to secure all reservations.

  • Payment of the outstanding balance is to be settled prior to or upon arrival.

  • With payment of the deposit the guest agrees to the Terms and Conditions and the management guarantee the reservation.

 

SECURITY DEPOSIT

  • A security deposit equal to the amount of one night’s stay will be required upon arrival.

  • The cash will be returned upon check-out provided that no damage was done to the villa or its assets during the guest’s stay.

  • Additional charges may apply should the damage costs exceed the security deposit amount.

 

CANCELLATIONS

  • Should a cancellation occur the booking deposit is non-refundable.

  • In the unlikely event that a villa becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, a full refund of the reservation fee will be made to the guest by Alamanda Villas.

 

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

  • Typical check-out and check-in times are 12:00 noon and 2:00pm respectively unless stated otherwise. 

 

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Please be advised that the villas' owner or management is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items, illness, injuries or accidents during the stay in our villas.

  • The management does not accept responsibility for any events that are not in control of the management, such as fire and severe weather.
